Kerala Public School Trust is the fusion of Visionary Goal and Missionary Zeal of two inveterate dreamers – Late A. P. R. Nair, Founder Chairman and Mrs. Vijayam Kartha, its Vice Chairperson. 

Legal Status

Kerala Public School Trust, basically an educational institution, is registered under Indian Trust Act (Regn. No. 4959) under a Trust Deed signed on 17th December 1998 by the following Trustee :

1. Late A. P. R. Nair
2. Ms. Vijayam Kartha
3. Ms. Manorama Nair 
4. Mr. K. Hariharan Kartha
(The Trust was founded three years before its formal registration, that is in 1995)
It is also registered under 12A (A) of Income Tax Act, 1961
